For Submission to God’s Will

O Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore you. Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me. Tell me what I should do; give me your orders. I promise to submit myself to all that you desire of me and to accept all that you permit to happen to me. Let me only know your will. Amen.

The Feast of Vedanayagam Samuel Azariah

Bishop in South India & Evangelist

Almighty and everlasting God, you called your servant Vedanayagam Samuel Azariah to preach the Gospel to the people of India: Raise up in this and every land evangelists and heralds of your kingdom, that your Church may proclaim the unsearchable riches of our Savior Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
